I thought you might like to take a look at our latest beta, a ‘Local Picks’ Twitter app, releasing to coincide with this year’s Where 2.0 Conference:
For a given city (in this case, San Francisco), the service:
a) Retweets Twitter user comments about local restaurants and bars.
b) Lets Twitter users tweet their own restaurants and bar picks.
In both cases, these local tweets have added mobile-friendly map links (like this one: www.schmap.me/9nk6yk ) - useful for followers who want to visit a new restaurant or bar.
